Kunzite was getting much more comfortable with the idea that while Jadeite’s kid sister was not a prostitute, she had hospitalized one of his officers. Presumably with her teeth, as his own hand would currently indicate.
“I hope someone gave you a rabies shot.”
“’Ey tried to stick needles en me.”
“Captain, the new recruit is not acclimating to the other trainees well.”
“How many?”
“What?”
“How many did he take out before he was pulled off them?”
“One trainee and three officers who tried to stop him.”
Kunzite glared at the little grinning hellion he had by the scruff, but felt nicely free as a bird at his decision. “Next time she tries to escape or he gets bullied, don’t stop them.”
