More Naruto AUs suck, as most fic sucks, let's face it. But I know from a couple Akatsuki-centric fics, real world AUs where they're cyberpunk terrorists can be awesome. This started when I was reading this fic and wondering what it would be like if everyone but Naruto were a secret agent sent to investigate the camp. A vast and sprawling plot compounded from there. Currently only twenty-four pages of it are written, but plans are for a nineteen chapter+2 epilogue epic, should it ever be written.
