While Luna yowled her annoyance at the moon that there had been an error in the reincarnation of the Princess and now he couldn’t even transform into Sailor Moon as a mere male, visitors streamed in and out of the house.
“Ikuko, congratulations on Shingo making the honor roll, that’s so nice. But that other son of yours, you should watch him. You remember all that confusion at the Osaka jewelry shop? I heard they eventually found him hiding in the closet… with little Naru-chan.”
“Oh, Tsukino-san, I heard from Haruna-sensei that your Usagi’s been putting the moves on that nerdy girl in his class, Mizuno. Don’t let him go around breaking naïve girls’ hearts.”
“Just yesterday I was by the temple and that pretty shrine maiden slapped your son. They grow up so fast.”
“I know it’s hard raising two strapping boys, Ikuko, but I think your older son’s falling in with a bad crowd. I just saw him with a tall gangster of a girl. I think he’s turning into some kind of pimp.”
“It was all over the gossip tabloids, Aino Minako the pop idol and your son together, even going into a hotel room together.”
“Mom,” Shingo said coming in. “The neighbors are saying weird things about Usagi again.”
“Where is your brother? And is his tutor here yet? That boy’s grades are falling again since he’s so busy with his other job so often.”
“Chiba? Yeah, they’re making out in the kitchen again,” Shingo said in disgust.
Ikuko hummed to herself and ignored the neighbors.
