What was that annoying beeping sound? Shingo growled. It was disrupting his time with Chanela-chan.
Stupid Usagi. It was probably her fault. Everything was always her fault or that dirty, stupid cat’s. Who would want a cat compared to a chanela? Her fur was so soft and silky as he pet it.
The stupid beeping kept him from going too far down that tangent. Chanela-chan burbled. Was the sound annoying her too? It would have to be stopped. And it was interrupting their precious time together before bed.
Shingo looked up from looking into the furry little animal’s ruby eyes to blink stupidly at the light streaming in his window. From the next room Usagi yelped, hit her alarm clock loudly, and ran and stumbled out yelling about loosing track of time playing Tetris all night.
