“Usagi!” Mama scolded, “How can you not remember your own little sister?! You said you’d watch her today and your ran off without her!”
Oh this again, thought Shingo. He had spent enough time in terror with Chibiusa the alien brainwashing pod person in the house. Always willing to make his actual sister suffer though, he put in, “Yeah. Did you forget your own sister even existed? Shame on you,” admiring the deep timbre of his voice since he’d hit sixteen.
Usagi took a physical and metaphorical step back, now believing them both brainwashed. “No, no, no, no! I didn’t forget her! I just had plans with Se… Rei and Ami, I told you.”
“If you don’t have time for Chibi Chibi, I suppose I don’t have time to make you dinner.”
“Mama, no! I’ll waste away to nothing!”
“You probably had ice cream while you were out with your friends, didn’t you? You knew I was making you a nice meal and you filled up on junk food!”
Shingo locked eyes with the little red-haired thing and mouthed towards it, ‘I know what you are. So you were sent down as a replacement when Chibiusa was recalled to the mothership. I’m watching you.’
