“Yes in fact Dark Kingdom Shitennou do get Sundays off” was a really stupid thing to be so hung up on needing to say. But Nephrite had died wanting to tell Naru-chan that very badly and wanting to tell her just how much he wanted to eat chocolate parfaits with her.
So now he was stuck in this crappy halfway afterlife and was starting to figure out that when he had wanted to say “I want to eat chocolate parfaits with you” what he had really meant “I want you to bear my children.”
He could feel the tug of the Silver Crystal as Princess Serenity used it to revive the fallen Senshi. He caught onto that current with his insubstantial hands as a lifeline and held on.
Nephrite had no idea what would happen or if it would work at all, but damn it he was going to make it work to get closer to getting back to Naru-chan. He had unfinished business, after all.
