Ami, being as straight-laced as you could get, had never had alcohol before Minako brought it to their post-battle victory party of the week.
It tasted rotten, but she drank some of it just like she ate some of Usagi’s candy, just to seem sociable.
“You’re not celebrating enough,” Minako commented, throwing a hand over her shoulder.
Ami silently cursed her for noticing and managed not to intone “Minors may not drink alcohol”. “There’ll be more fights.”
“That’s no reason to be down,” she said bubbly.
The alcohol did, Ami had to admit, taste much better on Minako’s sweet lips.
