“Who are you?” Ami asked the girl not in the uniform of a servant trying to get into her room at the Crystal Palace. After a nine-hour flight from Bombay, she did not want to deal with whatever this was.
“I’m sorry, Sailor Mercury-sama. I’m sorry.”
“Why are you trying to get into my room?”
“Your room, Mercury-sama? I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m--”
“Where are you trying to go?” Ami asked, massaging the bridge of her nose.
“I’m new and Obsidian-sama--”
“Don’t!” Ami instantly snapped at the name. Her ability to put two and two together reasserted itself. “You’re the new Pallas.”
“Yes ma’am. I’m Chi--”
“Stop using names. It’s illegal, you should know that. You shouldn’t be in here untransformed.”
“Oh.” She scrubbed at a spot on the floor with her floor.

“L… Loran,” she said tentatively.
“You’re looking for the Younger Sailor Mercury. That’s the room to the left. Transform. You need to be in Senshi uniform in the palace. No one will care if you’re blue.”
