Unohana looked fondly on the member of the Gotei-13 as sweet if occasionally unruly children. She gave a slight sigh of long-suffering, but not a bit of surprise, as Kisuke, Shunsui, and Rangiku needed to be carried home, once again. In the morning she’d come around with hangover cure and a standard lecture on behaving in a manner that befit the dignity of their positions. Not that she expected it to help.
For now, though, she didn’t have to pretend to be stern. She could look fondly on the extremely drunk Shinigami and enjoy a few minutes of moonlit conversation with Tessai, Nanao, and Toushirou, as she stopped by their divisions. Children would be children, after all.
