Rei looked at her impassively. “I thought you had to watch your figure.”
Minako skipped down the snack aisle at the grocery store anyway. “These are worth it.”
“Why?”
“Because these,” she indicated a brightly colored box of rainbow Goldfish, “are gay pride Goldfish. It’s a developing market.”
The senshi of Mars gaped at her, until she heard a female teenaged voice behind her say loudly “Isn’t that Aino Minako and Mars Reiko?”
Minako, more accustomed to stardom, grabbed her hand and pulled her into a run, out of the store, until they were breathless and the screams of fangirls were lost in the distance.
Minako had, Rei was irritated to find, shoplifted the Goldfish.
