“Ain’t seen a storm like this ‘n thirty years,” drawled the old library midnight caretaker.
Souichi was twitching like a dangerously overdosed caffeine addict the morning of the final exam, which he hadn’t and it wasn’t. He was probably worried that the date was ruined and so were his chances with her, despite the fact she had asked him out.
“Look at that lightning bolt,” she called to get him to look out the window, so she could sneak in in that second to plant a kiss on his cheek.
