When Alexander the Great came to Babylon, he was told if he passed the gates he would die. When he died, he bequeathed his empire to the strongest.
When Kunzite was born in Babylon, he was told his life would begin when he left the gates. When he became a Shitennou, he was the strongest.
When Alexander died, his empire, from Greece in the west to India in the east to Egypt in the south, fragmented among squabbling generals.
When Kunzite died, his governed territory, from Turkey in the west to Pakistan in the east to the Congo in the south, dissolved into tiny furious tribes and nations.
But Kunzite was no Alexander the Great. He only served his prince.
