There were many people who called him Lord of Winter or such things. Kunzite had always found it rather peculiar. He had never even seen winter before his first year in the royal capital. He hated the cold and found snow unpleasant and without any of the joys of this land’s bountiful rain.
Kunzite would have traded the cold and the snow and even the nice rain to go back to the proper weather of the desert where he had been born. To go away from the wooden block and back to a tent which still smelled of the hides it was made from. He would have traded all the fine foods of court for fermented mare’s milk and strong desert coffee. But he wouldn’t have traded Endymion for anything, so Kunzite stayed in the land of cold and snow until he died.
