purplekitteToday was slow and I spent was too much of it outdoor considering the heat. I had hoped to read some new Tsubasa today, but Borders only had up to volume 8. Emo tear.
The drabble-of-the day never left the ground either.

Ganju ignored most of the odd characters his sister brought home. Still, he couldn’t ignore completely the huge warrior from the 80th District when his little pink-haired daughter was teething on his arm.
He seemed to want to know about aniki and the Shinigami and that Ganju didn’t want to hear about ever again. He went to find Toushirou-kun and Momo-chan so he could eat some watermelons. He didn’t want to be around anyone who had anything to do with the Shinigami.
When he returned later, watermelon seeds in his hair, Kuukaku was sitting alone, drinking sake.
“Is that boyfriend already gone?”
“No dinner for brats covered in dirt and fruit juice.”
Ganju stuck out his tongue at her, grabbed her sake bottle, and ran.
